I have travelled and lived in many places in America; I attended  Mississippi College for my undergraduate degree in English Writing. I earned my Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. I taught English Language Arts for eight years. I am so excited to support you this year as the school library media specialist.

My Personal Teaching Philosophy: "I believe all students want to know that they are cared for before they are required to know anything else in education. A student's education is enhanced when his or her voice is heard in what they are learning. Therefore, to teach is to show the importance of a student's thoughts or ideas simultaneously with those of other important people. This is the remix of learning that is always needed to encourage to students to believe in themselves as they progress."--Ms. Green
